Panasonic Lumix DMC-FS3 Popular Reviews:
cameras.co.uk reviewed the Panasonic Lumix DMC-FS3 and gave out”As you can see I am impressed with the overall quality produced by the camera. If I was looking for a small, neat, pocket camera I would seriously consider the Panasonic DMC FS3. I am struggling to come up with anything I don’t like about the camera. ”
digitalcamerareview reviewed the Panasonic Lumix DMC-FS3 and gave out”These days, the Panasonic FS3 almost qualifies for what we consider a budget point-and-shoot, and in terms of size and styling, it straddles the line between compact and ultracompact. In general, however, the FS3 makes few of the compromises in quality suggested by its price, and few of the compromises in ergonomics suggested by its size. For snapshot shooters looking for a good all-around picture taker, this camera could easily be the one. With high ISO performance that moves beyond expectations for its class, the FS3 seem like an even better deal. ”
CNET Asia reviewed the Panasonic Lumix DMC-FS3 and gave out”The good: Proper flash exposure; flexibility in certain scene modes; iA spot-on for most shooting situation during the day; quick start-up time. The bad: Slightly soft image; slow AF and iA in low-light. The bottom line: An inexpensive point-and-shoot for casual shooters. ”

Pros: Fast Bootup, Quickzoom is lifesaver, Great picture quality, really intelligent Intelligent Auto Feature
Cons: Slightly slow Intelligent Auto Feature, User Interface is not always entirely transparent
Opinion:
Guys seriously ignore the above review by ferdiei. The guy was talking about a COMPLETELY different camera, and has obviously NEVER used this camera before. The FS3 is truly a great piece of kit, with the strong technologies backing it and the VERY strong custom options available. The user interface is backed up by hardware buttons and are generally quite easy to use, which is a huge boon IMO because of the lack of feedback offered by all those “touch” offerings nowadays. The price more than justifies the amount of camera you are getting and most of all, if you got it at the IT Show like me, You’d have gotten a truly amazing amount of extracurricular kit. The pictures taken as mentioned by the CNET reviewer can come out slightly softer, but that is NOT always a bad thing. An ideal camera if all you’re looking for is a good ol’ point and shoot. Thanks Panasonic!

Pros: Mega Optical Image Stabliser and Leica Standard Lens
Cons: A little Bit Slow in AF and iA detection
Opinion:
This is so far the best value for money camera at SGD399.
At this price, u cannot get a digital camera with OIS, Leica Lens, 33mm Wide angle and iA.
The picture quality is amazing and the print outs is sharp and well balanced color.
Its macro shots is perfectly sharp.
The most important thing is that it is very easy to use (super-user-friendly)
So far it is the best value for money digital camera.
